We will be hosting a Fundraiser on Friday, June 29th. All proceeds will benefit
Big Brothers Big Sisters
organization that serves Citrus County.

Our AWESOME Zumba Citrus Friends once again came through for our Community. Citrus County Blessings sponsors a program that raises $$$ that will take care of feeding our children on the weekends when school food programs are not available. $125 feeds one child every weekend for the entire School year. To date, we have raised $425! |

Hi J My name is Meghan and I am 25 years old. I am a graduate from The University of Florida…Go Gators and I am about to begin my 3rd year teaching. I have recently applied for teaching for the Department of Defense program to teach overseas somewhere hopefully in the next few years. As for now, I will be continuing another fabulous year in 1st grade at the school I grew up going to, The Villages Charter School. In addition to teaching, I love ZUMBA <3. It is my favorite pastime besides playing softball and being with friends and family. Although I have only been attending Zumba Citrus classes for a few months, I have had a blast with Joyce, Christy, Joann, and of course all of the lovely ladies, and occasional men, that attend the classes with me.
We have had the honor of exercising with some of the nicest Snowbirds who, unfortunately, have left to go "home" for the Summer. We wish you a safe and healthy Summer and can't wait to see you back with us in the Fall!

When I took my first class, my instructor took the time to reassure me that all I needed to do was move, the rest would come with repetition. The instructors work on their own choreography and bring a ton of energy to each class. In the past I have always thought of exercise as a chore. Now...I hate to miss a class...this is "my time" and I love it!
Mostly everyone that comes to class, tends to love it and returns for more! If you look around, you can see the major changes in everyone's figure...we are burning and toning while having fun! The wonderful part is that they have expanded to many different locations throughout Citrus and Hernando. You can always find class times to fit your schedule!"
